Be Careful How You Walk

Posted by Unknown Saturday, January 5, 2013

"Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere; I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked. For The Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. Lord Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you." Psalm 84: 10-12 (NIV)

The biblical interpretation of the word walk is character. The palmist reminds us of the blessing of a blameless walk in the sight of God. A blameless walk acknowledges God at all times and in all things. A blameless walk is full of prayer and petition. A blameless walk is forgiving of others as one seeks the forgiveness of God. A blameless walk extends a helping hand to those who are helpless, hopeless, and hapless. A blameless walk is a faithful walk.

Always be careful how you walk as you travel the road of life.
