A Year of Goodness is Promised

Posted by Al Hathaway Tuesday, January 8, 2013

After a series of taxing meetings today, one of my clergy colleagues directed me to read Psalm 65:11. Immediately it blessed me and changed my total perspective.

"You crown the year with Your goodness. And Your paths drip with abundance."

Isn't it amazing to discover that in the midst of your situation God has promised to you a year of goodness. 2013  is your year of goodness. To enjoy the year of goodness promised all one has to do is walk in God's path and to stay in God's way. If you do that God has promised to constantly drip abundance in your path. A drip of abundance is the never ending drops that come from heaven.

I pray this blog blesses you, like this verse blessed me today. This is the year God has promised goodness. David said it this way. "goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life."
