Butch Lewis

Posted by Unknown Monday, July 25, 2011

Butch Lewis represented major fighters in his day as a boxing promoter. I remember him when I worked in D.C. as a man totally involved in his community. He was known as someone you could talk to and was always willing to give people a helping hand. He prospered in the rough and tumble world of professional sports. He made millions, but never loss touch with the common man. He has joined our celestial angels. He has fought a good fight. He has kept the faith.

I've just added the link to his funeral service in Delaware.
