"He went around doing good." Acts 10:38

Peter is talking about Jesus Christ by saying that, "He went around doing good." This description of his actions speaks to His personality. Why? It does not say that he went out of his way to do good. It says, it was His nature to do good. Doing good was essential to His being. He didn't delegate, hesitate or contemplate. He took the actions that resulted in good.

We can learn something from this text.

Everyday and every moment in each day, life provides us opportunities to do good. If we are following in His footsteps, we have no option but to do what Jesus would do - "Do Good everywhere you go and for everyone you encounter."
